Fabrizio Riolo
Founder and CEO of Kalinka Immobiliare
With over twenty years of experience in real estate, Fabrizio Riolo leads Kalinka Immobiliare, a boutique agency specializing in luxury properties and dedicated to an international clientele that looks for excellence, discretion and expert guidance.
His career began in 2005 in Sicily, where he established and managed three real estate agencies, gaining extensive expertise in property brokerage, market analysis and strategic asset valuation. In 2010 he chose Sanremo, one of the most prestigious destinations on the Italian Riviera, as the home of his business and founded Kalinka Immobiliare with a clear vision: an international real estate company built on professionalism, integrity and long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Thanks to the position of the Riviera dei Fiori, at the crossroads between Italy, the French Riviera and the Principality of Monaco, he has developed a strong international network of buyers and investors from across Europe, with particular experience serving clients from Eastern Europe as well as other international markets.
His expertise covers the sourcing, valuation, marketing and sale of exceptional properties: luxury villas, prestigious residences, penthouses, waterfront homes, historic estates and high-value investment opportunities. He follows every mandate personally, with a consultative approach that combines in-depth market knowledge, strategic negotiation and attention to detail with transparency and complete confidentiality.
