How we select flats

Every apartment in our catalogue has been visited by our agents. We check the building, the condominium situation, the real state of the property and the documents before we offer it to a client. Each listing carries a four digit code: type it into the code search in the site header to open the property directly.

Tell us what you are looking for: a two room flat near the beach, a large apartment in a period building, or a renovated penthouse with a terrace. We will prepare a shortlist, organise the viewings in one or two days and negotiate the price on your side.
