Personal data policy

This page explains what personal data is collected on www.kalinkaimmobiliare.com, why it is collected and what rights you have over it. The policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Italian data protection law.

What data we collect and why

Contact and property request forms. When you send a request through a form on this site, we receive the data you enter: usually your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use it only to answer your request and to organise the service you asked for, such as a property viewing or a consultation. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Phone, email and WhatsApp contact. If you contact us directly, we process your contact details and the content of the conversation in order to assist you.

Bookmarks. The “My bookmarks” feature stores your selected properties in your own browser. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking. These services set cookies and process usage data on Google’s servers. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Translation. The automatic translation of pages is provided by GTranslate. When you switch language, the text of the page is processed by the translation service.

Who receives your data

Form submissions are delivered to our agency mailbox and, as an internal notification, to our agents through Telegram. The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and request data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a business relationship follows, for the retention periods required by Italian civil and tax law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

Technical cookies are used to remember your preferences, such as the light or dark theme and your language. Analytics and advertising cookies are set by the Google services listed above. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site remains usable without them.
