Turnkey construction, renovation and architectural and design planning

In 2015 we expanded the agency with Kalinka Project, our construction and renovation branch. It exists for one reason: a buyer should not have to search for architects, builders and decorators in a foreign country. We deliver the finished home, on a turnkey basis.

What we do

• Full renovation of apartments and villas, from demolition to handover
• New construction on building plots, including project management
• Architectural planning and structural engineering with licensed Italian professionals
• Building permits and communication with the comune and the building commission
• Interior design: layouts, materials, lighting and colour schemes
• Selection and delivery of furniture, kitchens and appliances
• Technical advice before purchase: what a property can become and what the works will realistically cost

How a project runs

Every project starts with a survey and a written estimate. You approve the design and the budget before work begins, and you receive photo reports as the works progress, useful when you are following the renovation from abroad. One contract, one responsible contact person, and a defined completion date.
