Rentals at the request of the landlord

If you want your property to earn while you are away, we manage the rental for you. We advertise the property, select and vet tenants, prepare the contract and its registration, collect payments and stay in contact with the tenant for the whole duration of the lease.

For holiday rentals we manage the calendar, guest communication, check-in and check-out, and cleaning between stays, so the apartment is always ready and the neighbours stay happy.
